PDF home building plan is a digital blueprint of a house that is displayed in Portable Document Format (PDF). It provides detailed information and instructions for constructing a home. The plan includes architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and specifications, allowing builders and contractors to understand the layout and design of the house. PDF home building plans are easily accessible and can be viewed on any device with PDF reader software. They offer the convenience of being easily shared and printed, making it convenient for builders, architects, and homeowners to collaborate and make necessary adjustments to the plan. Additionally, PDF plans can be zoomed in for a closer look at the details, ensuring accuracy and precision during the construction process. Our PDF file authorizes a one-time build and is non-refundable.

PDF + (5) Printed Sets

Included in this package is a PDF File that you can email to builders & suppliers, and (5) 24” x 36” blueprints, including all the necessary floor plans, cross sections, elevations and structural information your builder will need to build your new home. You should purchase enough sets to get you through your build because printed blueprints cannot be copied. We recommend buying a minimum of five sets. Typically you'll need to supply copies of your home plans to your building department, lender, builder and subcontractors.

A CAD file supplies an editable electronic house plan file to allow professionals to make changes digitally. With this option, you're also granted a license to print as many of your own copies needed of the modified design. If you plan to make extensive modifications or need engineering, a CAD set is a good investment to simplify the process and will ultimately cost you less as the professional you hire will need less time to complete changes or revisions. Please note that CAD files require the expertise of a draftsman, designer, architect or engineer to edit, and are also non-refundable.
